Welcome to ADK Workshops! By booking a workshop, you agree to the following terms.
1. Participation & Conduct All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other participants, and the facility. ADK Workshops reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful — without refund. Parents or guardians are responsible for the behavior of children in their care during all workshop sessions.
2. Supervision & Liability ADK Workshops provides instruction and materials in a supervised environment. However, we are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from failure to follow instructions, unsafe behavior, or misuse of materials. Participation is at your own risk. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this risk on behalf of yourself and any minors in your group.
3. Age Requirements Workshops are recommended for ages 5 and up. Children age 7 and under should be accompanied by a participating adult. ADK Workshops is not responsible for unsupervised minors.
4. Photo & Video Content ADK Workshops uses phone cradles and other equipment to capture photo and video content during sessions for use in marketing, social media, and promotional materials. By booking a workshop, you grant ADK Workshops permission to photograph and/or record participants during the session and to use that content for business purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing before your session at adkworkshops@gmail.com.
5. Bookings & Payments All bookings are subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
6. Changes to Sessions ADK Workshops reserves the right to modify workshop content, timing, or format as needed. In the event of a cancellation by ADK Workshops, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
